Museum of Academy's inauguration

The Museum of Etruscan Academy of the city of Cortona will open on the 5th september 2005, in the Palazzo Casali, Piazza Signorelli ,Cortona.
Precious objects of Etruscan period (crockery, bronzes, stones) will be displayed for the first time to the public, discovered during the last archaeological excavations on the Piana di Cortona.
The exhibition design is made by Andrea Mandara and Giovanni Longobardi.
The Italian minister of Culture, Mr. Rocco Buttuglione, will be present at the inauguration.
