Inauguration of the new Bayerisches Nationalmuseum

The German Ministry of Culture is the promoter of the new Munich sculpure and aplied art set up, that will open on the 9th of December 2005.
The new display project in an historical building has been realized by the designer Anna Baldi; into the freestanding and wall cases, wood sculptures will be exposed, for a total surface of 10.000 square meters.
Special elements of the display systems are the brass finishing of all the visible surfaces and the use of coloured glasses back lighting, in front of the windows, as back of the showcases and the displayed objects.
