He brings with him a versatile skill set stemming from seven years in in field service maintenance coordination, with a strong focus on contract administration, process improvement, and operational optimization. A results-driven and people-oriented professional, Shadrach coordinates a team of technicians while managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery. He graduated from Politecnico di Milano, where he studied Urban Planning and Architecture.
