Paola Confalonieri

Paola Confalonieri is the cornerstone of our financial operations at Goppion, overseeing fiscal responsibilities in Europe and our U.S. subsidiary. Her work, crucial for maintaining precise external relations, involves collaborating across the company to ensure control and efficiency. She finds especially interesting the preparation of the final balance sheet. "For many, these are just numbers, but behind them are people, values, and hard work."

In contrast to her often-solitary computer work, Paola actively engages in volunteering at cultural events in her personal life, interacting with the public while promoting cultural heritage. She enjoys storytelling, and often acts as a guide through initiatives like Open House.

Before joining Goppion in November 2019, Paola dedicated over 15 years to serving as an Administrative and Financial Manager in an Oil & Gas Engineering Company.

She holds a Diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing, with a Post-Diploma Specialization in Balance Sheet Analysis.
