Massimiliano is our Operations Manager, and he brings to the role extensive experience managing complex multinational projects both in industry and construction. He has worked across the automotive, steel, oil, gas and chemical industries, and just before coming to Goppion he was Business Development Manager in an international chemical group. He also held a parallel academic appointment as Contract Professor of Project and Risk Management at the Politecnico di Milano.
Arena graduated in Aerospace Engineering, also from the Politecnico di Milano. He is a certified Senior Project Manager Level B (International Project Management Association), a certified Cost Engineer (International Cost Engineering Council), and Chartered in The Milan Order of Engineers.
