Luca is our HR professional focused on developing positive and people-centered organizational cultures.
He holds a degree in Law, which has provided him with a strong understanding of legal frameworks and the ability to manage complex employment regulations and labor relations. Before joining Goppion, Luca gained hands-on experience across different sectors, including transportation and retail. These experiences allowed him to build a flexible and adaptive approach to human resources management, effectively responding to diverse organizational contexts. Luca has completed a Master's program in People and Organization from Bocconi University that gave him advanced knowledge in organizational behavior, talent management and HR strategy.
