Caroline Manolio is part of our Business Development team, focusing on expanding our presence across Central & Eastern Europe, as well as the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America.
With a background in architecture and international commercial experience, she brings a deep appreciation for different cultures and markets. Curious by nature and analytical by training, she’s driven by a genuine interest in people, places, design and the forces that shape them.
She holds a double Master’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism – Built Environment from the University of São Paulo and Politecnico di Milano, complemented by academic experiences at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a specialization in Strategic Management and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School. Working closely with the team, she identifies opportunities, builds meaningful relationships, and supports the practice’s growth across diverse contexts.
